The target for this project is a GPCR clearly implicated in the modulation of pain and itch nerve signalling. There are no published agents that act at this target.

We have identified two lead series with sub-nanomolar potency at this target, high selectivity for this target and good drug properties.

We are currently conducting further studies to validate the efficacy and safety of these leads and are seeking further funding to enable optimisation and selection of a development candidate.
