Anocis is focussed on the discovery and development of novel medicines to treat pain and itch.
Recent Work
Through high-throughput screening, we have discovered novel lead compounds acting at two novel targets for the treatment of pain and itch. Initial studies have shown these to have good drug properties and further work is underway to further validate these leads and progress them to development candidates.
